斯比克斯金刚鹦鹉（学名：Cyanopsitta spixii）又名小蓝金刚鹦鹉。是一种原产于巴西的金刚鹦鹉。它最早由德国博物学家Georg·Marcgrave于1638年在巴西的伯南布哥州所记载，它的命名来源于德国自然学家Johann Baptist von Spix。1819年，此人在巴伊亚州的东北部，里约圣弗朗西斯科，收集到第一个标本。
此物种自然栖息地非常有限。主要生存依赖是金风铃树（Caraiba）的种子和坚果，和卡丁加群落的优势植被——各种大戟科（Spurge）的灌木。由于活动范围有限，和特殊的栖息地之中的森林砍伐行为，加上在当时许多贵族对于这种漂亮的蓝色鹦鹉羽毛的喜爱，导致此种鸟儿在整个二十世纪以来被大量猎杀，制成标本或拔取羽毛。而人工所饲养的鸟儿数量也变的越来越少。分布于巴西东北部。该鹦鹉已经没有野外种。
